Overview
Calorie Keeper helps you track calories, macros, fasting windows, weight entries, recipes, and related daily records. The app does not require an account and does not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking.
Data Stored
Calorie Keeper may store information you enter into the app, including:
- Profile details used to estimate targets, such as age, height, weight, activity, and goal settings.
- Food diary entries, calories, macros, custom foods, recipes, and meal records.
- Weight entries, fasting sessions, reminders, app settings, and widget snapshots.
- Export and backup files that you create from inside the app.
Local Storage
App records are stored locally on your device. Calorie Keeper does not operate an account system or cloud sync service for this version of the app.
If you delete the app, use device-level storage controls, or use the in-app delete flow, local app records may be removed from the device.
Exports
You can create user-controlled backups and CSV exports. Exported files may contain sensitive nutrition, fasting, and weight information.
Once you save, share, upload, or send an exported file outside Calorie Keeper, that file is handled by the destination you choose, such as Files, Messages, Mail, cloud storage, or another app.
Notifications
If enabled, Calorie Keeper may use local notifications for fasting reminders or timer completion. Notification permission is controlled by iOS settings.
Widgets and Live Activities may display calorie or fasting information on your Home Screen, Lock Screen, or Dynamic Island where supported. You control whether those system surfaces are used.
Collection
Calorie Keeper does not collect your app records for advertising, analytics, sale, or third-party tracking.
Apple and the App Store may process information related to app distribution, downloads, purchases, crash diagnostics, and device-level services according to Apple's own policies and your device settings.
Deletion
You can delete local app data from the app where available, or remove the app from your device. Deleting local app data removes records stored by Calorie Keeper on that device.
Exported files and backups that you saved elsewhere are not automatically deleted. You are responsible for deleting those copies from wherever you stored or shared them.
