Calorie Keeper stores your app records on your device. If records look missing, first confirm you are using the same device and have not deleted app data or restored from an older backup.

Exports and backups are created by you inside the app. Treat them as sensitive files because they may include nutrition, fasting, weight, and profile records.

If an import fails, keep the original backup file and try again after confirming the file was exported from Calorie Keeper.

Fasting reminders and completion alerts depend on iOS notification permission. You can review notification access in the iOS Settings app.

Calorie and fasting widgets may need the app to be opened after logging new data so iOS can refresh the latest snapshot. Widget behavior can also depend on iOS power and refresh policies.

Use the in-app delete flow where available, or remove the app from your device to clear local records. Exported files saved elsewhere must be deleted separately.
